Refund and Returns Policy

We have absolute confidence in our products which allows us to give all revelblue purchased items a 7-day money back guarantee. This means you have 7-days days after receiving your product to request a return.

7-DAYS RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, the product must be purchased at revelblue.com in accordance with the terms below, excluding items subject to wear and tear such as extra Fast Charging Tips.

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it (not physically broken or damaged) and in its original packaging.
All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

A return authorization must be requested within 7-days of your purchase date.
Your order number must be included along with your returned product.

Note: Refunds can only be given after the products have been returned to Revelblue. Products must be returned in their original packaging and the items must be in working condition and in a resellable state. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee for opened items. There is no restocking fee if the product is unopened. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing major contents may be denied a return.

REFUNDS 

Revelblue reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange if the items were subjected to misuse and/or customer accidentally broke the product(s). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take 2-5 business days before your refund is officially posted.
